SWAT-3298Added EventLeave support to grid column filters (except for dynSelect filters). Simply set the custom logic to fire on "EventLeave" attribute in the grid instance in designer. It behaves identical to the form field counterpart: the self parameter object in this case is the ak_datagridcol2 of the grid column filter input. If filterOnLeave was set on the grid: the EventLeave will fire before the filterOnLeave.
