Accesing the profile maintenance window
The profile maintenance can be accessed from the User's context menu, by pressing the "Profile Maintenance" option.
Copying a user profile to another user
Note: Normal users can only copy profiles to their own user. Administrators can also copy profiles to other users.
It is possible to copy user profiles to other users by selecting the profile to copy inside the grid, then pressing the "Copy" button in the toolbar.
After pressing the Copy button, the Copy Profile dialog will open. Here you can specify for which user to copy the selected profile.
After pressing the Ok button, the user profile has been copied to the specified user.
Using a user profile on the current user
In order to use a user profile on the current user, you can either double click the desired user profile, in the grid, to use or select the profile and press the "Use now" button inside the toolbar.
Information which will be copied
The following information will be copied/set:
- What theme it is
- which panels are collapsed and which not
- what width/height percentage are the panels inside a window
- If windows are maximized or not
- The size of different elements
- x/y coordinates of elements
