In the Word Export (for example: the Offer print), every structure node type has an equivalent template bookmark with the same name as the type key (see picture below) -
However, some characters in type keys are not allowed in bookmark names, like, "." so "." characters are replaced with "_". Bookmarks names must start with a letter ("a"-"z") and can contain letters, numbers ("0"-"9") and underscores ("_").
For example: the Offer ERP-Artikel node type key is "pos.ofr.ppsitm" and the template bookmark is "pos_ofr_ppsitm" (see picture below) -
To allow for more user friendly or less cryptic bookmark names in templates an alternative bookmark name can be set in the IntegrationName column, in the Type Maintenance Grid (see picture below, please keep in mind that the column can be at the end of the table, so scroll to right if you couldn't see it):

Customer/Organisation
Surcharges can be defined for each organization:
Surcharges of an organization will be copied to an offer during the creation process.
Offer-Header
The surcharges on header-level will be copied from an organization or can be added manually:

Surcharges (or discounts with a negative sign) in the offer header are only taken into account at the level of the total offer when calculating the sum of all positions and either absolutely or as a percentage, depending on which of the two fields this was entered in. And furthermore, this information is also available when printing in the Word template. |
