The HtmlContainerPanel is a panel level control that works in a similar way to its form-level counterpart (htmlContainer). It can be used to display vue templates on the panel level.
A new object type and sample object were created created: SwatHtmlContainerPanel and SimpleSwatHtmlContainerPanel.
The "Template" attribute is required in order to have the htmlContainerPanel display the corresponding Vue Component.
