Surcharges in the application
There are different possibilities to define surcharges:
- Customer/Organisation
- Offer-Header
Customer/Organisation
Surcharges can be defined for each organization:
Surcharges of an organization will be copied to an offer during the creation process.
Offer-Header
The surcharges on header-level will be copied from an organization or can be added manually:
Surcharges on this level will be considered only at the total on offer level during the calculation of the sum of all items.
